Claim form Complete the online claim form. You will receive a confirmation page and quote number upon submission—print out for your records. Reference your quote number for all questions relating to this promotion. Trade in products You may trade in any large-format pen plotter, inkjet printer, electrostatic plotter, thermal plotter, laser/LED plotter/printer or vinyl cutter that's 24" or greater. Trade-in product must be in good working condition. Shipping instructions Once your claim is received by HP's promotion headquarters, shipping instructions for your trade-in product will be sent electronically. Trade-in products must be picked up by HP's designated freight carrier within 30 days from the date you submit your online claim form or by December 15, 2007, whichever date occurs first. Cash back Once your trade-in documentation is verified, allow 4 ?6 weeks from the time your trade-in claim is complete to get your cash-back check.
