The unique IPS shopping experience
We considered your convenience and designed our site with dedicated information and specification pages and dedicated store pages. For instance, if you are interested in the Epson Stylus Pro 9900 printer you can go to the dedicated Epson 9900 information and specification pages and then to the dedicated Epson 9900 store. A printer’s dedicated store includes all the products for that printer including service agreements, accessories, ink, paper and other supplies. Only products that fit and work with the 9900 are offered there.

Within one or two clicks of our home page you can reach any of the specific products that we offer on our site. Many of the major lines we offer can be reached directly from our home page.
Unlike most of our competition we offer a simple to follow tree structure that can get you to a manufacturer and specific product without muddling through a long list of unrelated products.
The "Search Store" link available on most pages allows you to enter the manufacturer part number, manufacturer name, product name or product description. The more definitive your search criteria, the more exacting your results will be.
To the right of an item’s list price is a box for you to enter the quantity you want to purchase. If you have logged in as a customer both tthe list price and your discounted price will be showing. You don’t have to click “add to Cart” each time you add a quantity for an item- continue adding quantities for the all items you want and when you are ready a single “add to cart” click will do the job.
The page will be updated to show both what you have ordered and the discounted pricing. Don't worry if you have made a mistake, you will be given an opportunity to remove items or change quantities later in the checkout process.
Continue shopping until you are ready to complete your checkout; then click the "Checkout" button. This will take you to the "Order Summary" page where you can remove items or change quantities.
Now you choose to "Continue Shopping"; or "Checkout".
If you click "Checkout" the next page is the customer information page. If you are an existing customer enter your email and password, and your information will be automatically loaded. Update and correct as necessary.
If you are not an existing customer enter your billing and shipping address and specify shipping and payment methods as well as any special requirements.
When you continue you can review your order and enter any additional information such as credit card info. Clicking "Checkout" here, processes your order and brings you to a confirmation screen with your order ID. You can print this as your receipt.
From now on, when you log in to the IPSDEPOT the entire site will be populated with your discounted pricing, specials and your shipping and billing information when you are ready to checkout.
